My varied career path following a Bachelor’s Degree includes a stint in the U.S. Army, teaching high school, researching flavoring products, agricultural financing (30+ years) and real estate brokerage with 11 years as a single proprietorship: Kilmer Real Estate Brokerage, LLC.
My real estate experience includes residential, agricultural (farm and lifestyle living), vacant land (lots and cropland) lake front properties and some commercial.
I was involved in starting up two Rotary Clubs, serving one as president, involved with and served as president of the Milwaukee Farmers Club, served on the Waukesha County Fair Board as Treasurer, served as president and council member of my local church. I am active in the Wales Business Club.
Linda, my wife, and I have been residents of Wales Wisconsin for 50+ years, raising our family and enjoying the many amenities available in the area.
